Kids Cooking Demonstration

• Mini Pizza, Guacamole, Salsa

Childrens demo to be very interactive with info sheets on where the food comes from.
Chats on The 5 a day and keeping healthy.  
Information on growing vegetables and fruits eg: how tomatoes are grown and then turn into salsa.

With so many free demonstrations every day - you will be spoilt for choice Listen out for announcements and look out for posters on the ‘What's On' Boards around the showground for times and details.

The range of demonstrations will include:
Botanical Art, Wood Turning, Furniture Making, Organic Gardening, Clog Making, Well-Being, Jewellery Making, Clothing Design and last, but not least - Food, Wine & Beer tasting.
