A rare chance to visit 'The Secret Gardens of Firle Place ' which are only open this weekend in April and only one day in the autumn! The Garden Show is supporting The National Garden Scheme by giving enthusiasts a unique opportunity to visit the 20 acre Pleasure Grounds, a woodland garden dating back to the eighteenth century. The garden team are restoring the Pleasure Grounds in the spirit of the original ‘Cabinets de Verde', hidden woodland glades, with different planting themes in each area. Philip Fenech, Head Gardener , will be conducting three tours daily over the weekend and with enthusiasm explain the techniques and skills needed to develop this very special and beautiful lost valley.
